How does the commission work?
You earn 10% commission on hardware sales up to $100k, and 5% on orders over $100k. Commission is calculated on hardware price only (not deployment, shipping, or hosting fees) and applies to each referred client's first order.
When do I get paid?
Commissions are paid after the client's order is delivered. Payouts are processed monthly via wire, ACH, or crypto.
Is there a minimum payout?
Yes, the minimum payout threshold is $100. Earnings below this amount roll over to the next month.
How long does the referral cookie last?
We use a 30-day cookie window. If someone clicks your link and purchases within 30 days, you get credit.
What if my referral makes multiple orders?
Commission applies to the first order only. This keeps the program sustainable while still offering generous rates.
Can I refer myself?
Self-referrals are not eligible for commission. The program is designed for referring new clients to Pickaxe.
Do I need to disclose that I'm an affiliate?
Yes. FTC guidelines require you to clearly disclose your affiliate relationship when promoting Pickaxe. A simple statement like 'I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link' is sufficient.
