• Hosting and electricity fees are billed separately per your hosting agreement

5. No Financial Advice

Pickaxe does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All production estimates, revenue projections, and market data displayed on our website are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not guarantees of future performance. Mining production depends on factors outside our control including cryptocurrency prices, network difficulty, and equipment performance. Consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website - text, graphics, logos, software, and design - is the property of Pickaxe Crypto Mining Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written consent.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10. Dispute Resolution

Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at info@pickaxe.io to attempt informal resolution. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules, conducted in Placer County, California. You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity, not as part of any class or collective action.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision. The venue of any action shall be in the Superior Court, Placer County, California.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on the website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
