Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

All Sales Are Final

All hardware purchases and hosting services from Pickaxe Crypto Mining Inc. are final, non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable. Due to the volatile nature of cryptocurrency markets and the specialized nature of mining equipment, we maintain a strict no-refund policy.

Hardware Purchases

  • All Purchase Orders are irrevocable once submitted and cannot be canceled by the Customer
  • Hardware is sold "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS"
  • Down payments and full payments are non-refundable
  • Purchase Orders cannot be modified, terminated, or deferred after acceptance without written consent from Pickaxe
  • Refund requests based on shipment delay will not be accepted if the delay is caused by the manufacturer, carrier, customs, or any third party
  • Changes in market conditions, cryptocurrency prices, or mining difficulty do not entitle buyers to a refund
  • Manufacturer warranty claims must be pursued directly with the manufacturer - Pickaxe is not the warrantor
  • Hardware does not guarantee any cryptocurrency mining time, and Pickaxe shall not be liable for mining time loss or mining revenue loss

Exception: If Pickaxe is unable to deliver Hardware for any reason, Pickaxe will return the entire Purchase Price allocable to such undelivered Hardware.

Hosting Services

  • All hosting fees, prepayments, and deposits are non-refundable
  • Hosting agreements run for the full duration of the contract term
  • Pickaxe does not promise, guarantee, or warranty any profit as a result of hosting services
  • Pickaxe is not providing financial services, and nothing in any agreement constitutes tax advice or financial advice

Dispute Resolution

All disputes are resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules. By purchasing from Pickaxe, you agree to waive your rights to seek remedies in court, including trial by jury and class action participation. See our Terms of Service for full details.
